What’s The Point?

Soon as someone’s risen to fame

Nothin’ matters no more,

they’re on top of the game

So i started askin’ questions

Now look where it got me,

I’m asking how i got here up in the first place

If your motivation something too easy to obtain

how can you refrain from overdoing it (I’m just sayin’)

When you’re on top of the world there ain’t no domain

you don’t own yourself and it’ll just end

You’re locked in something that feels like it has no end

Well guess what? It does, everything must have.

So i guess there’s no point in tryin’ altogether

guess I’ll be better off that way, but just remember,

that if there’s no point in tryin’

then you’re just one step closer to dying

so the best hope you’ve got is to just, reach for things that are just outta grasp

things that can’t even be achieved anytime else,

that won’t be in your lifetime.

You’ve got nowhere else to go but now (it’s the right time)

And I know people askin’ this question their whole lifetimes

“what’s the point, what’s the meaning of life?”

well I’ll tell ya, since no-one can give a definitive answer

It’s to keep askin’, workin’ and arguin’ against each other

because why else would we be here now?

Mowin’ down anything else that get in our way

just standing and waiting for something to happen like it’s gonna

but it ain’t.

you’ve got to make a change because in the end,

that’s how it end.

And don’t let nobody tell you otherwise

stop askin’ your friend what the meaning of life is

Because the truth is that it’s different for all of us ain’t it?

but if you need motivation and just tryna find yo style

don’t ask me, cause my shit’s wild

back to the question: What’s the point of it all?
